Broccoli with Carbonara Sauce


This is a sautéed broccoli dish flavored with a popular carbonara sauce. It’s a healthy choice since it doesn’t contain carbohydrates, but the rich sauce makes it a satisfying dish. (Ingredients for two people)

Veggie Maria Broccoli 180g
Bacon 100g
A Egg 2
A Milk Tbsp 2
A Mayonnaise Tbsp 1
A Parmesan cheese Tbsp 1
Garlic A clove
Salt Appropriate amount
Black pepper Appropriate amount
Olive Oil Appropriate amount


  • Thaw the frozen broccoli in the microwave. Cut the bacon into 5mm strips. Mix Ingredients A in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add bacon.
  • Once the bacon is cooked, add broccoli and sauté briefly. Remove from the pan and mix with Ingredients A to coat in the sauce.
  • Return the mixture to the frying pan, cook briefly over high heat while stirring. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
