Vegetable Stew


A delicious stew for the cold season. While it’s challenging to prepare with a lot of vegetables, using Veggie Maria’s frozen vegetables makes it easy and convenient. The frozen vegetables retain their fresh taste and nutrients, making this stew both healthy and satisfying. It’s a great way to enjoy a variety of vegetables in a creamy and comforting dish.

A Tropikos Andes Potato cut 100g
A Parisian carrots 80g
A Veggie Maria Broccoli 80g
A Silverskin Onion 80g
Chicken thigh 1 Piece
Butter Tbsp 1
Stew roux 1 Pack
Salt and Pepper Appropriate amount
Water 1000cc


  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Put butter in a pot and heat until melted, then add chicken thigh meat and sauté. Once the color changes, add water and Ingredients A's frozen vegetables.
  • After boiling, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and add the cream stew roux. Once the roux has dissolved, simmer again on low heat for another 5 minutes.
