Thai Stir-Fried Broccoli and Squid with Lemon


This is an Asian-style stir-fry of broccoli and squid with added lemon juice and fish sauce. The lemon cooked along with the ingredients adds a refreshing tanginess, making it a delightfully light dish that you can enjoy endlessly. (Ingredients for two people)

Tropical Maria Cut Lemon 100g
Veggie Maria Broccoli 8 Pieces
Squid 150g
Fish sauce Tbsp 1
Ginger A clove
Oil Tbsp 1
Cilantro Appropriate amount


  • Thaw frozen cut lemon and frozen broccoli in the microwave. Squeeze half of the cut lemon and mix with fish sauce. Finely chop the ginger.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Then add squid and stir-fry until cooked, followed by broccoli and lemon.
  • Once the oil is well distributed, add the lemon juice mixed with fish sauce, mix well to evenly distribute the seasoning, and plate. Garnish with chopped cilantro as a finishing touch.
