Pineapple and Grilled Vegetable Party Salad



How about a quick and easy BBQ at home? The pineapple tendeizes the meat and makes for a tropical BBQ. (ingredients for 2-3 servings)

Tropical Maria pineapple chunks 150g
Veggie Maria mixed grilled vegetables 200g
Spare ribs (pork) 400g
Yakiniku sauce 5 tbsp


  • Place spare ribs, frozen pineapples, and yakiniku sauce in a plastic bag, knead well with your hands, and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Thaw the grilled vegetables.
  • Brown the meat and pineapples in a frying pan (it is convenient to use a Teflon coated pan).
  • Place 2 on a grill pan or aluminum plate, place grilled vegetables in gaps, grill further using a toaster or a grill, and serve when the meat is cooked through.
    *Can also be served with mustard if desired.
