Berry Chocolate Mousse

Sweet and sour mixed berries added to bitter chocolate mousse. Marshmallows are melted without using gelatin or sugar, resulting in a fluffy texture even without whipped cream.(Ingredients for two people)
| Tropical Maria Mixed berries | 100 g |
| Chocolate | 100 g |
| Marshmallows | 60 g |
| Milk | 250 ml |
| Tropical Maria Mixed berries (for garnish) | To taste |
| Mint | To taste |
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, the marshmallows, and the crushed chocolate. Heat over low heat until the marshmallows and the chocolate have melted.
- When the mixture from Step 1 has cooled down a bit, stir in the mixed berries and pour into a container. Refrigerate until set. When set, garnish with the mint and a few mixed berries.
