A beautiful two-layered smoothie with a fun change in taste. A specific healthy ingredient is used to adjust the thickness! Give it a try!

Frozen mango chunks
Frozen raspberries
Strawberries
Yogurt
Silken tofu
Coconut milk (or soy milk)

Preparation

  • (Top layer) Blend the mangoes and yogurt in a blender.
  • (Bottom layer) Blend the raspberries, silken tofuy, and coconut milk in a blender.
  • Starting with the bottom layer, carefully pour the mixture into a container (including the cut strawberries).
  • Carefully pour in the top layer to finish.
