Tacos with Cauliflower Rice Meat

This is a healthy recipe that uses cauliflower rice instead of meat for taco fillings. The cauliflower rice is seasoned with spices, making it a satisfying recipe with great flavor. (Ingredients for two people)
| Veggie Maria Cauliflower rice | 150g | 
| Garlic | A clove | 
| A Chili pepper | Tsp 1 | 
| A Salt | Tsp 1/4 | 
| A Cumin | Tsp 1/2 | 
| A Ketchup | Tbsp 2 | 
| A Worcestershire sauce | Tsp 1 | 
| Oil | Tbsp 1 | 
| Tomato | 1 | 
| Lettuce | 2〜3 Pieces | 
| Cheese | Appropriate amount | 
| Tortilla | 4 Pieces | 
Preparation
- Microwave the frozen cauliflower rice. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the lettuce into thick strips.
 - Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the cauliflower rice and stir-fry briefly. Then add Ingredients A and sauté for about 2 minutes.
 - Place the mixture from step 2 on tortillas, add tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese, then roll them up and enjoy.
