Shimeji mushrooms 100g
Block bacon 50g
Salt and black pepper a pinch
Butter 1 tsp
Parsley a pinch

Preparation

  • Heat some oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the surface of the taro.
  • Add the shimeji mushrooms and bacon, then season with butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top to finish.
